If you or your customer received the order and have a problem with it or you did not receive your order, this is what you should do?

Please email us with the order # and customer's name and what you would like us to do.

1) If the order is lost, we will supply you with any available tracking information and what can be done.

2) If it is broken, notify us immediately.  Depending on the item, the customer may or may not have to return the item. Either way the item will be replaced !

3) If they did not like the quality, notify us within 30 days and we will issue you a Return Authorization # and an address to send the return.

4) When we receive the item(s), we will issue any credit, exchange or refund due on the item(s), which ever the customer prefers.

5) There is a 20% Re-stocking Fee on returned items if other than broken.

6) Sorry, we do not give refunds for freight !

After 30 days of purchase, all sales are final. All applicable product warrantees, still apply.
